Lindauer Brut NV
Consistently one of the most sought-after sparkling wines. Predominantly made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the Champagne grapes, it shows fresh citrussy fruit and a zingy finish.

Produced in smaller quantities than it's white cousin. The style is similar, again predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir but with a more overt fruitiness and frivolous drinkability.

Oyster Bay Merlot 2006, Hawkes Bay
The Hawkes Bay region is a unique environment with a maritime climate providing the vines with strong sunlight during the day and then coolness at night coming from the sea breezes of the Pacific. 'Gloriously ripe fruit provides a burst of richness on the palate whilst a touch of subtle oak gives lifted spice, softness and extra warmth to the length of this wine.' Michael Ivicevich, Chief Winemaker.
