Finest Bouquets - Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP
ROCCA DI MONTEGROSSI Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. Chianti ClassicoThis oil is produced almost exclusively from olives of the Coreggiolovariety hand-picked in numerous sweeps of the olive groves in October before the olives are completely ripe. Quality wine - Beauregard Ducort Blanc
Ch teau Beauregard-Ducourt Entre-Deux-Mers Bordeaux France First noted back in 1874 this property had fallen into disrepair prior to purchase by the Ducourt family in 1973. Philippe Ducourt is a great proponent of the ‘Agriculture Raisonnée’ system aimed to minimise pesticide use. Temperature controlled fermentation and minimal interference within the winery environment allow the wines to develop clean fruit flavours whilst remaining true to their terroir. The 62 hectares at Beauregard-Ducourt now produce some delicious wines that offer great quality as well as value.2007 Ch. Beauregard-Ducourt Blanc (50% Sauv. Blanc 50% Semillon)The white is fresh with zip zest and classic lemon curd fruit plus a touch of honeysuckle on the finish. Great with seafood.

Quality wine - Cuvee Ines Blanc - Moulin des Nonnes
Brothers Henri and Louis Andrieu’s family have owned this 110 hectare property east of Carcasonne for four generations and there is a real sense of continuity combined with a desire to maintain and improve the family inheritance. Louis speaks of “le beau métier du vigneron” as if it is his duty to make the best wines he possibly can and achieves this through a combination of very low yields (down to 35 hl/ ha – amazing for this part of France) organic grapes and partial barrique ageing. The Andrieus are very much at the forefront of the new wave of winemakers in the Languedoc. As for the name Le Moulin des Nonnes is the old mill which still stands in the middle of the vineyards once used by the Clarisses (Poor Clare) sisters of the former convent to grow...
