This family-owned domaine combines 40 year old vines with good quality soils in the production of this Grenache dominated red. Their Sablet is a full-bodied wine with rich aromas of plum, black cherries and spice and a long peppery finish. It has not been subjected to any filtering to ensure optimum flavour is maintained.

A warm, spicy red from the region of Corbi¨res in the South of France. Excellent depth of flavour with ripe tannins result in a well-defined wine that is ideal for everyday quality drinking.

Predominantly made from Merlot to give a rich, smooth rose with ripe plum and berry fruit flavours. Velvety on the palate with a crisp, refreshing finish, this good quality Bordeaux rose can be enjoyed as an aperitif yet has enough depth of flavour to enjoy with food.

Typical of good quality Crozes, this wine offers seductive plum-rich fruit with a twist of smoky spice on the finish. Delicious with roast meats, game and casseroles.

The colour of fresh straw, the alluring nose boasts gooseberries with a hint of green apple and a typical aroma of white pepper. Well balanced acidity and citrus fruits leading to a spicy, lively wine, oozing with minerality and elegance. An excellent accompaniment to Prosciutto, seared scallops or bisques.

2005 was an excellent vintage, and this dynamic domaine has produced a classic Julienas, one of the Beaujolais cru renowned for its depth of flavour. Delicious aromas of raspberries and black cherries, are joined by more complex hints of clove, cinnamon and liquorice, complimented by the silky tannins on the finish. Drink now and over the next couple of years with game, cheeses and cold meats.

This top class wine has a nose dominated by blackberries and cherries and a silkly smooth palate with fine tannins combining to give a classic Morgon, showing the fruit of Beaujolais and the charm of Burgundy.

With rich blackberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours and a hint of vanilla oak on the nose, the palate is rich and full, with firm tannins and balanced acidity on the finish. An excellent example of Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Chile"s top producers that is ideal with roast meats.

A medium-dry style of Vouvray from an outstanding property. Made from Chenin Blanc, the wine possesses the excellent balance of richness and acidity typical of this grape variety. Fantastic when partnered with seafood in rich, creamy sauces.

Made by Chief Winemaker for Yering Station, Tom Carson, who was honoured with the prestigious 'Winemaker of the Year' at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, 2004. Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry characters with hints of leather and nutmeg spice lead to a rich and spicy palate with great density and weight. Long fine-grained tannins complete the powerful finish.
