This non-vintage cuvee displays fine bubbles, is well-rounded and yet fresh, with a hint of flowers and dough.

Malt whiskey is something of a rarity in Ireland but this example from the historic Bushmills distillery, just down the road from the Giant's Causeway, is a lovely example. Triple-distilled without peat, like all Irish whiskey, it is smoother and less robust than most Scotch malts, with a distinctive floral, sweet note on the nose.
