A perfumed and mineral, excellent value red Burgundy. A delicious red made from vines grown on vineyards just abutting the famed Bonnes-Mares grand cru sites. The poorer soil gives the wine a perfumed, mineral note and a more medium-weight style, but this is great-value Burgundy – a ‘petites’ Bonnes-Mares.

Delicious red Burgundy showing fruit and a firm structure. The Marchand-Grillot domaine has many fine sites. This wine comes from a plot called Jouise, which is fairly low down on the slope with 30-year-old vines.

A rich, red dessert wine from Israel. This wine is made from 100% freshly gathered grapes and has a red ruby colour and intense red fruit flavours. A delicious and unusual 100% pomegranate dessert wine. Sweet, smooth and richly fruity, this wine is made from ‘super’ pomegranates that are even sweeter, deeper in colour and richer in vitamins and antioxidants than other varieties. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, it is a soft wine that’s best served well-chilled.
