The gentle elevation, moderate temperatures and fine sandy clay loam of Vine Hill make it ideal for growing Chardonnay. Owsley Ranch stands closest to the Pacific and is influenced by cooling fog pushing through Bloomfield Gap each day.

The soils at Shiloh reflect an ancient seabed and volcanic ash that changed our topography eons ago, while Les Pierres is situated atop an old rock quarry that imparts a flinty mineral character. Vines rooted in clay at Kent Vineyard are cooled morning and night by fog, allowing for extended maturation, while the vines at the Cutrer Vineyard struggle through soils marked by the eruptions of Mt. Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon is made at Finca Constancia, Otero (province of Toledo). The wide variety of the farm soils allows obtaining different varietal nuances that extraordinary enrich its wine and provides them with a complex, genuine character. Produced from a thorough combination of Termpranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine has aged for 3 months in French American oak barrels.

This is a fruity wine, intense and concentrated, with remarkable nuances of rip fruit and mocha. It is a complex wine, with a long and soft finish. This is the ideal accompaniment to red meat and matured cheese.

Best served between 16° and 18°C red wine

This Cabernet offers aromas of Bing cherry, currants and raspberry, with spicy notes of cedar and dried cranberry, with slight vanilla notes (French Vanilla, insists Christian). In the glass you'll find juicy red berry flavours, and a very approachable, rich and full mouthfeel with a lingering, thoughtful finish. Good structure, polished yet soft tannins promise an ever more pleasing wine to come, with lively acidity and subtle spice.

This blend for the vintage layers Merlot with Syrah, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing great depth and complexity to the wine. Most of the grapes for Bonterra's Chardonnay are harvested along a 12-mile corridor near the banks of the Russian River, and year after year offer characteristic green apple, baked apple, pear and citrus notes in the wine. There's a touch of vanilla from the dollop of new French Oak. An initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed quickly by tropical aromas of pineapple, citrusy lemon and Creme Brulee.

A fusion of ripe berry fruit, clove, spice and sandalwood, bound deliciously together with a dash of creamy vanilla and pepper spice. Smooth and rich with a long finish. The grapes for this wine are specially selected by the winemaker, so that only the highest quality fruit goes into the blend.
