Muscat Sec 2006, Gerard Bertrand, Vin de Pays d'Oc
A rare dry Muscat wine from one of the top producers from the Languedoc. Pale yellow in colour, the nose shows aromas of exotic fruit and blossom, which develop on the rich, medium-bodied palate. With a lively acidity on the finish, this wine would make an excellent aperitif, but would also make a great partner to asparagus, artichokes, fish, or even a courgette gratin!

Cono Sur Gew¼rztraminer 2006, Bio-Bio Valley
This wine comes from the Bio Bio Valley, one of the most southerly of Chile?s wine producing regions. The soil and climate in this area are unique in Chile, and ideal for Gew¼rztraminer. This is a fresh, floral wine with an exotic nose of aromatic, lychee and marzipan fruit. The palate is long, citrussy and well balanced. Great with curries and all spicy food.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2005, Cave Co-op de Buxy
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this medium bodied wine is jam-packed with soft berry flavours. The rounded structure and moderate tannins ensure that whilst it is enjoyable now, it will also develop excellently over the next few years. Serve slightly chilled either on its own or to accompany fish or light meats.

Brown Brothers Late Harvest Muscat 2005
'whenever you need a full bottle of sweet wine for a dinner party, but do not want to spend a fortune, consider this stunner as, year in, year out, it is a joy to behold. This Muscat is clean, fresh, gorgeously grapey and not too sickly or cloying, just perfectly ripe and smooth.' (Matthew Jukes, Daily Mail Weekend)
